Description

This procedure covers the requirements associated with the investigation of incidents and accidents, including fatalities, injuries, occupational illnesses, loss of containment, environmental non-compliance (with licence), public complaints and legal claims. This includes events that actually caused or could have caused any of the above. The procedure covers: immediate action, investigation, classification and corrective action.
