Welcome to the Sherm Update for July 2023!

Improvements

Notification Feature Implementation in mobile app has now been completed upon using the new feature in the Web App > People > User Management > User Notification this will push out through to Mobile.

Licence and Certificate Version History

When a Licence or Certificte is update in Sherm, we are retaining Version  History.

There is no requirement to add a duplicates and hold expired licenses in Sherm.

They will be visible upon clicking the View History action button

Then you can download the version based upon last updated.

Corrective Action in Hazard and Incident Reporting

• Controls have been loosened to enable the immediate recording of a corrective action without having to complete the inherent risk assessment for both hazard report and incident report. It is still recommended that a manager complete this and will be required to update status to Controlled or Investigated.

Manage User Role

• Reorganised Registers so that all child’s of Registers are listed so you can select which registers user can manage or view. This was raised in relation to plant and equipment items and having restrictions as to what information is provided to workers who do not necessarily require such information.

Site Master Attachment

• Timeframe for notification prior to expiry date of attachment of Site has been included to enable agreements to be reviewed prior to expiry at 6, 3, 2 and 1 months prior to expiry date.
• Notification will be sent to the Site Administrator (listed in Site Master).

Fixes

Profile Screen Mobile App

• Crash on uploading image from camera or gallery fixed
• Application is not updating profile data when phone number is bigger that 10 digit fixed
• Profile pic not being updated fixed
• State not changing in update fixed

Manual Task Register

• Add Actions from risk assessment that will create a new Hazard Report
• View Version History retained of changes made to Risk Assessment

Plant Risk Assessment

• Add Actions from risk assessment that will create a new Hazard Report
• View Version History retained of changes made to Risk Assessment

Contractor Register

Action: Not all clients have updated their Contractor Register to ensure that Sites are selected.

The importance of doing this is to ensure that the Site Administrator for that site is then the contact person on the email notification sent to the listed person for the Contractor / Supplier who receives the notification email to provided updated insurances.

If this is not completed, then the Primary Admin will be nominated contact person in the Email notification to contractor /supplier.

General Fixes

• After rescheduling training “Notify Organizer of attendance” button did not display and is now fixed.
• In Registers > Contractor/Supplier > Manage Contractor/Supplier; Employees by default will only show active employees.
• Filter NOT to show those Contractors / Suppliers with Status “Do Not Use”. Only when filter is active for this status will this be visible.
• Decrease the timeframe of user feedback pop ups.
• In filter of the Reports module, user can now select ALL sites from the various Reports.
• Sort Filter Contractor Supplier is now alphabetical and then when displaying with no filter in the table, workers to be sorted Alphabetically by first name.

Inspections that are greater that 7 days prior to the next due inspections were being scheduled post completion rather that 7 days prior to next due date.
