Sherm Update
New Improvements
Corrective Actions Management
The improvement in Corrective Actions is across all areas where corrective actions are generated, i.e. Incidents, Hazards, Issues and Workplace Inspections whereby when a new corrective action is assigned there is now an ‘option’ for “Follow Up”.
If you choose to “Follow Up” on a Corrective Action, then you need to select from the Dropdown provided the period for when the “Follow Up” on the corrective action should be undertaken.
Reports > Corrective Actions will provide a new Status to reflect those actions that have been identified for “Follow Up” and will display as “Review”.
Furthermore, to enable easy tracking and to monitor performance of Reviewed Corrective Actions another field is included in Planning > Safety Performance.
Reports > Corrective Actions
The Status “Review” has been included in the Search Filter that will enable the sorting of CA’s “Reviewed” during the time period selected.
New: Reports > Investigations > Root Cause
A new Report has been included that will enable you to analyse Root Causes of incidents for a period of time for the whole of business, by Site and by Department. The Report can be Printed is required and is displayed a percentage in a Pie Chart.
Planning > Safety Performance
Another update in our Safety Performance is we can now track Completed Investigations and Corrective Actions for Workplace Inspections. The Export to Excel spreadsheet has been updated also to reflect the changes made. When selecting the View Action Button from the Manage Safety Performance Page, all data will display.
User Role Improvement
For Incident Management, when a User is assigned “View” Rights then they will only be able to view those incidents that are reported by themselves. Those with “Manage” View Rights will still be able to see all incidents that are reported into Sherm. If you have made your “Site Private”, then users with Manage Rights will only see those incidents relating to their site and or those persons to whom report to them.
Training > Manage Training
The System Admin has the ability now to Manage Training “Attendance” and “Re-schedule” even if they are a Participant of the Training.
Risk > Injury Management
A search Filter for Claim Number has been included.
